Many wishes of joy and congratulations go out to Shina and Ben who tied the knot at Camp Lucy on March 3rd! Shina and Ben booked our services last minute to come out for their special soiree. We wish we had had more time with this couple as they and their guests were so much fun!

This was our first time out to Camp Lucy and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The grounds and buildings are breath taking. You can really tell that a great amount of time and care went into planning out this event center. If you are still looking for your dream wedding location then this is the venue you can not miss. We know you will be as drawn in as we were.

We love Lucy and look forward to many repeat visits!

The Social Click: vitaminwater at the Winter X Games- Aspen, CO 2012

We were out at the Winter X Games in Aspen for some Social Click high-jinx with the vitaminwater crew. Our designers went full tilt with this event putting together the custom winter scene backdrop, graphic wrap panels for the Social Click and of course we brought our well behaved bear and emperor penguin models to help pull it all together. The temp outside was cold enough to freeze your tongue to a metal pole but inside the pics were hot! Nothing like a nice cold vitaminwater XXX to keep you quenched!

Once again we have survived the Austin Bridal Extravaganza! This year for the two day show we brought out the Social Click and the traditional BULB photo booth for our Mod interpretation of Love is a Battlefield. We met some really great couples, got in some good networking time and are ready to start 2012 with some killer events. Thanks to all who attended the show and if you missed us please come to visit us as the Modern Bridal Expo on January 29th at Vintage Villas.

Booth 66 Here! Nothing brings co-workers together at the holidays better than ugly sweaters. Emmis Communications just had their annual holiday party with us at Abel’s Lake Austin. Fresh from the back of the closet and smelling of moth balls everyone dressed up and sported their finest argyle ugly. From snowmen that sparkle to reindeer a prancing, holiday couture is the new “it” look for 2011. Like Tim Gunn of Project Runway says, “Make it Work!”

Mardi Gras hit Austin early this year at the Luminex Holiday Party held at the Austin Music Hall. Guests masked up and stepped in to the Booth 66 BULB booth for some fun holiday mayhem. As always, unlimited sessions let the posers vogue all night long. We love the opportunity to work with events that have a theme like this. It really helps everyone to shed their work self and step into some fresh shoes for the evening.

This was our first event at the Austin Music Hall. We enjoyed the unique artwork, modern design and weird Austin vibe. It was truly the perfect venue for this event. Can’t wait to see what the Luminex crew dreams up for next year, count us in!
